Our Story
We're Simplfi.
Founded in 2017 in Canberra, Simplfi started with one idea: technology should serve people, not the other way around.
What began as a solo freelancer has grown into a collaborative advisory firm. We've worked with organisations of every shape and size, helping them navigate the technology landscape with confidence and clarity. Our team has expanded, but our core belief remains unchanged: technology is only as good as the people using it.
We work across government, enterprise, and small business—each with their own unique challenges and opportunities. Whether you're transforming a legacy system or building something new, we've been there. We've helped departments modernise their operations, enterprises scale their technology, and small businesses punch above their weight with smart, efficient solutions.
Our approach is always the same: listen first, understand the people involved, and recommend only what's genuinely needed. No unnecessary complexity, no buzzwords—just honest advice and proven implementation.
Our Mission
To make technology understandable, accessible, and genuinely useful for every organisation we work with.
What We Stand For
Our values.
People First
Technology exists to serve people. Every recommendation starts with understanding the humans who'll use it.
Clarity Over Complexity
If we can't explain it simply, we don't understand it well enough. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity.
Right-Sized Solutions
Enterprise tools for enterprise problems. Simple fixes for simple needs. We never over-engineer.
Local & Accountable
We're based in Canberra, and we're not going anywhere. When something goes wrong, you know exactly who to call.
